URGENT: Need Expert on CTR/viral content

I am on the outbrain native ad network. I need a CTR of 0.5 or higher on the network. I need white hat/content cmapaigns and will pay $200 per campaign. By campaign I mean you give me a working image/headline combo and article that will get a CTR of 0.5 or higher on outbrain. I will pay up and if the initial test goes well I will be able to pay you 2-3k a week depending on the work load. PM me guys
