urgent,meta tags missing

I tried many seo analysis tools,nothing is showing meta keywaords
tried changing theme ,installed yoast ,no use

Look at your meta sections, there is not meta keywords that's why they don't appear ... they don't even exist at the first place.

You can try with the plugin All in One SEO, and also check your theme is there the keyword options disabled?

in yoast seo's settings->titles & metas->others-> and activate meta keywords.

I manage all my Wordpress sites' SEO (metadata, robots.txt, htaccess, etc) with All in One SEO. Some people like Yoast. They both have their ups and downs.

A lot of themes have built in sections to edit your meta too. Try swapping themes or installing a SEO plugin.
