URGENT Instagram and Twitter Giveaway Comment Bot on Post

Hi! I am looking for an URGENT bot that will post a comment and two specific hashtags (all of the same is fine) on a giveaway IG and Twitter post. Basically, on the post it says to comment your favorite character in a show and make two comments with the same hashtags to be entered into a giveaway that ends very shortly. I'd need to to be able to support at least 100 accounts (to have 100 entries...the more the better)! I also would be in the market for IG / Twitter accounts as well.
