Hey i am setting up the word press autoblog now. i can't find the plugin option in the word press admin panal? don't know why? how can i install the plugins now

So I assume you have:

1. Uploaded the plugin to the correct Wordpress plugins directory?
2. Activated the new plugin from the Wordpress admin panel?
