hi guys i created a adult site to make money everything was going fine, i bought wps retrotube theme and wps mass video embedder, i was not happy with mass video embedder so i told wp support to refund, instead they just canceled both of my order retrotube theme and mass video embedder now my site is gone, its not opening. what happened guy? is my site is gone forever? it was my hard collected money i bought fastcomet host only for 1 site and now that site is gone? or something can happen? i am worried, i had many videos uploaded those videos are gone too? wps support team just destroyed me :weep::weep: worst day of my life, please if anyone can help reply

Do you still have access to your fastcomet account? If so and if your database is still there, you should be able to salvage it by backing up the database as you may need to reinstall a clean WPS install. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "it won't open", so I could be wrong.
 
U contacted them about it?
 
This is some rogue shit. You should try to contact them; find out if they can undo it.

wp script took away my script so site cant open i have access to fastcomet, even my wordpress, i have to buy theme again, i dont know if there will be videos that embedded on site or not

yes i directly contact the dylan, he is managing everything at wp script and his response was ''the man who took away my theme thought use bad experience he just wants refund''

he didnt even read what was i complaning, these guy dont give a f$#4 about customer once they buy the product,

three days i did not sleep and work very hard for my site, and in return i got this,

i have attache his response read it guys!

here is report of what a did to my site in three days, now its gone i think google wont rank my site, i submited sitemap i dont know whats gonna happen to it, i have no idea,

I feel you. What I don't get why the refund gonna take 10 days??
 
just just see this guys this is the reason why they took away my retrotube theme, i did not even ask for refund, i was just wondering is that possible? to return wp mass video embedder? in return boom my theme gone, i mean why these type of people still have jobs? this has to be the worst disaster class of all time, on with psg against barca on 8 march 6-1,

did you used mass embedded to create post or uploaded it your server ? Try changing theme from wordpress dashboard

if you can post a screenshot of error you get that
