Hey guys. Straight to the point-I'm looking for a domain for something similar to failblog/memebase/funnyjunk sort of thing. I've got tons and tons of contents ready to go(would literally take me 5 minutes to get it running) If we convert the contents into blog posts-let me put it this way-just under 60000 posts. I've got everything set up-from a linux vps with unlimited traffic to all the software and the content ready to go. However I want to find a domain that is worth the trouble. We all know how worthless new domains are. I was trying to hunt down an old one that was being deleted but some mofo from indonesia beat me to it. So I'm calling for help here.... HALP!

Yup... Problem is a couple of grand is way off my budget. And to be honest-why do you think I'm doing this-I intend to sell the site. I've been checking dropping domains every day for a while now but I missed the only one that was really worth it. PR7 and under 500 in alexa...

If you aren't looking for a new domain then the best course of action would be to search drop lists. You can even backorder a domain you have eye on (especially if it has dropped and waiting to be freed).
