I need to know what tool generates/rewrites content into the raw format of:

{Hello|Hi}

I tried Mass Article Creator and Wordflood and both of them can't do that..

It needs to be spinnable, such as the comments needed for scrapebox.

thebestspinner is the industry standard these days, but will cost some dollars.

If you want a good option that's free, search around for power article rewriter. It's not as good as the best spinner, but a good second option.
