Get a cheap dedicated server. Try the BHW for sale areas or WebHostingTalk
Install Wordpress
In the downloads section here at BHW there is a plugin to lets Wordpress use SMTP
Then go to GPLDL club and get Mailster. I t should handle everything you will need to do.

SendGrid and Mailgun. Inbox delivery is not dependent on the platform you use (at least not entirely). It depends on how clean the domain is, its reputation, bounces, spam reports, spam filters, so many things

To set up sendy you basically need 3 things:
- Sendy subscription
- Webhosting running PHP and stuff to run the software
- SMTP server like AWS SES or Sendgrid.
- [EDIT] You'll also need a domain name. If you already own one you can use that.
