Wordfence premium plus cloudflare or move to a cdn that can handle Ddos I would recommend stackpath

Invest in tightening the security in DNS...You can check with Cloudflare, Nexusguard or Akami.

If you are certain it is a DDoS attack, you should definitely go for Cloudflare, Sucuri, or Wordfence. All have a free plan so you can give it a try before making a purchase.

I'd say Cloud flare is miles better to handle DDOS attacks since its network takes all the hits before they make it to your site... WordFence loads PHP and WordPress on every request.
