I recently listed one of my small restaurant's second outlet on google business
1. We are open on someone's else location, so first i did try rebranding but later realized the page is pathetic
2. I did a listing of same address n name it was under duplicate n time wasted
3. I did verify this new listing with slight different address and name with postcard verification
4. Was able to do some changes but the rebranded business is still visible on map
5. Contacted google support to take down rebranded listing and keep the new listing live, they removed my new listing
6. Trying to change back the rebranded listing to old name n trying to permanently close it but google is not approving the edit nor responding to support mails
I am super frustrated since a month on this, if anyone can, please just help me clean the mess
