Urgent CRM system needed? advice please

Guys,

I'm about to do a deal where a 3rd party company answers calls generated by my web site.
To do this i need a CRM platform (would prefer it in php) ...

I need it to work with this 3rd party company and staff in my company (well me and my girlfriend)
So this is what i need ...

1) crm to take customer information and enquiries (submitted by 3rd party company)
2) we then pick up the enquiries and deal with them

Would be really help ful if it had some calendar call back functions so that we can record when a client needs to be called back?

But if you know how to use Drupal, you can extend it to meet any personal needs.
