I have a newly created website with 7500+ words (1000-2 , 500-10, 300-3) of content and great theme..the main keyword of the site has 12k Global monthly searches and cpc of above 2$ with low competition.( No SEO Done on it. )
Now my question is can i sell it on flippa because i am in urgent need of money...I did not expect more but can i sell it for 35-40 $ (domain included .com) Or at what price i should place on flippa.
Is it possible. Pls help.

I think you are been reasonable with your pricing, number of content has nothing to do with the worth of a site.

Well, if the site in question has PR1 and domain name/niche wisely picked, you could be lucky to earn more.

You can sell it on flippa, but your chances are quite low. Drop me a message with your site URL and I'll take a look. If it's something in my niche, I might be interested.

I guess Flippa requires you to pay up even before the site sells. Why don't you look at alternatives like webmaster forums that let you to sell websites for free?

In any case, if it is just a blog content with no traffic, I'm really not sure if anyone would be interested.
