Its better talking from experiance not to bother people with he reasons you need to make money that's irrelevant. We all need money, and there are some in worse position than someone who can afford children, a second mortgage on their house, and a private hospital, and not be organized to already have a business online, instead of in reality, turning up as a noob, and expecting the kind of leg ups, that you haven't noticed people beg for every week, and then disappear into oblivion soon after.
Something realistic you could try is offer to work at the recruitment agency that they use for their cleaners and janitor staff, and ask "politely" how you can be put in touch with them as you'd be willing to do overtime int he short term to help the hospital out beyond the bill stated.
But, they probably wouldn't trust you, as you sound like the type of person who just maxes out their lives credit card as quick as possible, and hopes for everyone else to pickup the pieces. You have to understand money management isn't your strong point, and instead spend more time selling, instead of writing WHY you need money. One makes money the other can be viewed as the symphony vote, which nobody cares about, there are a million go fund me pages with good causes to help children in hospital! lol
I hope you can figure something out and pull through to a better place, but you have a hard journey, and you should probably learn how to work with your possessions, time, and money better or your just filling up a bucket with holes.
