How many accounts do you have and if you do have multiple what do you do about withdrawing?

Always use different id's while withdraw funds from Upwork or on any freelancing site, if you keep same you will be caught.

I'm guessing, every Upwork account = new PP account that matches Upwork name?

Ironically i just applied for a Upwork account with a british IP and got rejected for looking for Go programming work
