Greetings.

Upwork has been banning my accs for a while (even with over 3000$ total spent).
1-2 months lifespan for each account (the first one was banned for a reason, however all the future - for having multiple accs:D ). Been working like that almost a year.
Thats pretty annoying cause once i get 200$ spent and a few good reviews, better freelancers start to apply, and i suddenly get my account banned. Upwork support do not negotiate :D

There is really no competitor to upwork - freelancer.com and few others a full of very low quality freelancers, but at upwork with the right screening i'm usually able to find skilled people for reasonable payment.

Just setup a VPS to work with it... however get into the prob with payment method. Tried a few VCCs - doesn't succeed. I think there must be some which will work for upwork.

Anyone knows if there such vcc service?

why not just use real CC or paypal?
not unless you just make a client account using a vcc for you to have you're "payment verified" and hire freelancers without paying them
not really sure what you're trying to but why not just use a real account to hire freelancers or ask in upwork community forum moderators/staff for advice

As described - purpose is have nothing to do with not paying.

I tried to appeal to their support few times, but they're not negotiable.

"why not just use real CC or paypal?"
Cause i want to avoid this blocking every few months. Not sure how exactly they work - maybe once the client profile have more spending / reputation they running additional checks. or just checking their DB once in some time period. It doesn't really matter - the fact is that i'm always blocked after few months / few hundreds spent with the reason "having multiple accounts".

So, the only solution i see is a setting very "clear" account which can't be associated with my previous accounts.

Question remains the same: "Anyone knows if there such vcc service?"

I am curious. Why do they keep banning you? They usually ban the freelancers, not the clients.

They banned the first account (around 2 years old, 1500$+ spending) for posting a jobs against their rules (few jobs with location) -> after that all new are banned for "having multiple accounts".
