Hey, looking for someone who can provide a 5* upwork review for me - has to be a UK/ US based account, aged. I'd like to see the profile beforehand. Ideally this account has hired a few people in the past, with a decent payout.

I can either pay $$ or help with any services (skills are mainly in marketing, but I can do other things too), open to offer.

I'm usually against this type of stuff, but unfortunately, you just get ignored for most jobs on there unless you have reviews, so you gotta do what you gotta do!

PM me.

yes, review is important, but proposal sells. When i start on Upwork, on each proposal i spend about hour, i made a video, about my future work and video have one big advantage- voice, voice is primary human communication tool + visual explanation. Clients loves it and it selling .

This is fantastic advice, appreciate it. Could you PM me an example of an application/ proposal you've done? I'd love to understand.

You can easily win a project but you first need to fully understand it and have skills to make it. Make a small demo of it and show it to project owners, Most of people who bid there doesnt bother even reading project description and they carbon copy their generic message on every projects.

Read it and share your opinion with project owner, If you havent done anything similar to that project in past leave it, You will just waste your and his time. Go to a project that you have developed something similar to it in past.

Video might help if you are a white westerner.
an Indian/Pakistani/Chinese guy on video wont help, It might even reduce your chance.

Indian IT is 2 or 3 on the world, the first guy of Google is Indian right? Senior Indian IT guys have some nice behavior they teach all guys from street and for one week they come on Freelance market and make crazy some clients, but a lot of Indian/Pakistani IT guys are good. Second, clients saw your country on start, it is the same, and 3. English, my English was bad, now is bad, but it is not a problem to take 4000 $ > contracts, they want experience and basic communication.the exception is for some VA or writing jobs.

Im not saying Indians are bad. There are definitely many good guys over there. But a fraction of these guys are scammers and their number is very big on these freelancing websites.
Let me say it another way, If an American developer do some nasty stuff like installing a backdoor on my website or hack it, I have a chance to sue him in court. But if an Indian developer do it. I have almost no chance. Just to make it clear for you, when humans are poor and hungry, They will do everything, Since India, Pakistan, China... Most of their people are below poverty line and their law enforcement is not strong for internet crimes, We will see a large number of scammers from these countries... It has nothing to do with their race. Its about their financial condition and their inefficient law enforcers

I can agree with you only in human behavior- if a human in edge he will do anything in USA or in China . Percent of criminal you can read by country. But, if you hire senior and experienced IT Indian guy with a good portfolio, they are the same as any American developer or designer... About hacks, yes, it is fear for only clients without experience, if you have the experience you know how to protect your website or business from freelancers.
