Hello everyone,
I am creating this new group for people who just started their freelancer career on Upwork.com and didn't had a chance to find a job yet. This is pretty much the Idea Mr. BillTomy had. But since I'm not a Fiverr adept, I decided to go with Upwork.
Alright, first of all you need to check these 3 requirements:
IMPORTANT: NO SELF PROMOTION, review exchange only (spammers will be BANNED).

1. You need to have both Freelancer and Client accounts in order to Exchange reviews.
2. People claiming to be from country X but actually are located in Y, are flagged and banned faster by Upwork. So make sure you didn't use false info to create your Upwork accounts. Or at least use Proxy if you claim you are located in a country you actually isn't.
3. Client accounts needs to have their payment methods verified.
