Upwork account issue/doubt

Any tips on bypassing upwork ?

Everytime i create an account ( client one , not freelancer ) it gets suspended fairly quick.

Maybe my IP is flagged due to frauds i'm aware it can be that, and i'm guessing just a paid VPN isn't gonna cover it. Any suggestions tips ?

No , i keep getting my accounts banned tho. I've tried different browsers and paid VPN but it's not really helping. Sometimes i may run it for a week but hardly ever. Eventually 1h to 48h and they get banned which is annoying.
Guess i am flagged for Fraud since i mostly hire people based on hours and once the week ends there's no payment.
