Uptaded my site. Now what?

I'm ranking good on google. Then I updated my website tags,headers,... How long it takes to Google change it on the search engine? There is any way of "ping" it?

That depends on how often your website is crawled by google.. You can use the method below if you want to speed things up a bit.

1. submit your new sitemap to google webmaster tools

2. Submit your website + new keywords to around 5 major ******** social bookmarking websites. Its not to get bookmarks, but its just to get a nice keyword filled ******** link for the SERPS.
