So i started doing PDD again, and i am not very experienced in this. I used o upload all my videos to all my accounts through the same IP, and those accounts got banned very fast, as expected. I want to know how can i upload videos through proxies, could someone link me to a tutorial? maybe there is some kind of free program that could help with this ? where i can get cheapest private proxies ? ( i don't have anything to invest )

Buy dedicated proxies (search on the forums for reliable sellers).
To use them, just use Firefox with an add-on called ProxyTool as it is very easy to use. Plus the add-on will allow you to clear all the cookies by simply pressing SHIFT+A.

Also, I recommend you install a software called CCleaner to clear all the cookies, cache etc. every time you open Firefox/switch accounts.

The idea here is to not leave your footprint so Google can't track you down. You can even change user agents to show up more unique.

How many accounts should i use per one proxy ?

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

It depends on what kind of material you upload.
For best results you should use no more than 3 accounts/proxy.

Take Dedicated proxies and manage and upload your Videos from it will work best using some one addon to change proxy or do manually that take from that seller who supports Youtube ;)

i have really hard time on setting up a proxy to work. I can use a shared proxy without password on firefox addons like foxyproxy and proxy tool. but i can't (or can't find how?) use private proxies. maybe someone who use one of these addons could help me out a little ?

you can use proxifier or proxycap ot you can simply use the proxy with your browser ...
for tutorials you can see this: http://www.sslprivateproxy.com/category/tutorials/
