Uploading same video, multiple times.

Because my niche is fully covered by youtube videos (there's like 4-7 videos in serp), I had to move to youtube, as I barely get any traffic from Google.

I had a youtube channel created 7 years ago (was uploaded 4-5 videos from America got Talent, 4-5 millions views and over 10.000 subs). I've changed the name, url/username, deleted old videos and I started uploading a single video multiple times - I just changed some keywords in title/description. So far I have 250 videos uploaded.
I got over 75.000 views since first upload (March, 9) but in the last 2 months I can't pass 600 daily views.

What's the best approach?

- how do I make my video unique with every upload (is that even matter)?
- what if I make new channel(s) - uploading the same video?
- should I buy views/comments/likes in order to get more attention (if so, where from)?
- is there any automation bot I can use if I want to bulk upload (like 100 daily)?

PS: I am a newbie in youtube.

You should try uploading in new channel and also you can always use good views and likes services from a reliable smm panel. This helps a lot.

Ok, let's say I will upload the same video on other channel(s). What should I cosider before doing that?
I am afraid to NOT lose the old channel, aka shadowban.

How do I make my video unique with every upload?
Should I buy some old channels/gmail accounts?
Should I use proxy?

Never tried any of these. I am pretty new to youtube.

Reuploading the same video hundreds of times usually kills growth because youtube treats it as duplicate spam and stops pushing it

Focus on making each video genuinely different and improving retention instead of mass uploads otherwise the channel will likely stay capped or get limited reach
