I want to upload some movie scenes in YouTube. Is there any copyright infringement dangerous in these kinda channels? Can I get copyright infringement if I upload a 3-4min movie scene?

Yes, but you might not get a copyright strike unless the uploaded video becomes very popular that it catches the attention of the copyright owners. However, YouTube Content Id could automatically identify the movie and block the video worldwide.

If the main essence of your video is such 3 - 4 scenes than may be you will get copy right notice. But to make any kind of parody or similar intention you may use it easily.

Screen Junkies are the best example for it - Their channel - http://www.youtube.com/user/screenjunkies

May be through their adding contents you may get an idea.

Of course. You think you can go around stealing 3-4 min clips from Hollywood just because you feel like it?

Lol bro, Merely uploading a still image and titling the video watch free gets your video down in less than a day.

Yes you can. A loophole that many people use now is mirroring the video and slightly changing the pitch of the sound. But if you're uploading movies, i don't see how anyone would want to watch movies like that.
