Uploading duplicate Google chrome extension to the store

As you might know, Google doesn’t allow to submit the same extension to the chrome store again, but I sold white label of my tool to a client and need to upload it again by changing name. How do I actually do this? Can I change a certain things and upload as a new? If so, what do I need to change?
