I want to upload full Family Guy episodes to YouTube. How would I be able to do this without getting copyrighted/taken down?

Family Guy episodes are copyrighted material owned by Fox, so I wouldn’t advice you use that without properly erasing their footprint.

No, seriously now. If you want to upload Family Guy to YouTube, this might work, BUT... monetizing the channel? Almost no way.
I say almost because I know people that bypass the copyrights of songs, even tho it got much harder these days.
What about news channels? They always link a source and take footage from other youtube videos.
If you make informative videos about family guy and the latest episodes, maybe explaining the plots + link the source, this could eventually work.

Hello, most of the channels that upload Family Guy use this method. My software may inspire you too. This way the video is free from reused content and copyright protection. It becomes bypass.

what if you were just to put like small other videos in between an episode, and add a shimmering light

You can minimize the video, add some light sound, etc. to avoid copyright

To avoid detection, you need to alter the original video source.
Things like:
- Put a grainy filter over the video. Not too grainy, you still want viewers to watch.
- Change the video size. Zooming in works.
- Flip the video (either left or right) so the characters aren't in the same place.
Some of this still works. It worked with a channel called South Park World on YT for years.
