I'm newbie, i'm looking to buy a script " phpSFP - Schedule facebook posts "
I need to upload it , but i don't have a Hosting
is there any one to help me ?

If you can afford it, try stay away from free hosting. Try hostwinds.com or any of the services in the marketplace here.

I somehow suspect you'll have trouble uploading the script though, if you're struggling just finding a host for yourself. Might be worth getting a freelancer to set it up for you.
