I used to download episodes from a KAT uploader NIT158 (I dont know if linking to profile is allowed)
he used to have very good encoding, making a Simpsons episode of ~20 minutes in only 35-40 MB in size. They were low resolution as they are meant for small screens and people with small bandwidths.
Unfortunately he stopped many months back and I havent found another upload as good as him who adds new torrents frequently or has small sizes.
