Uploaded video, need some advice

So , as most of you know youtube screwed me yesterday.
I found out from 1 guy he had 300 accounts removed the other week so silver lining and all!

I want to ask, as I have not asked before and have not seen this asked.
But, when a video is uploaded (I am talking 20 mins ago)
What is the best strategy to maximise its possible rank?
I mean obviously you will not throw 5000 HR views into it BUT what should I be doing?

Adding mobile views?
Likes?

Etc...

Optimize it for your keywords, post it on social networking sites and the likes for views and ofcourse some high retention views and likes will help if still no result.

Look at the BST threads in the marketplace eg BigBuddy and MANY OTHERS

Share the link on social networks. Add backlinks to the vid. Wait for a few days before you start sending retention views to the vid. You can also do YT comments.

I have already hit facebook, but cant login to twitter hmm

I thought if you add them straight away you get banned
