Upload youtube video with the word '' hack ''

Hi guys, is there any secret to upload youtube videos with the word '' hack ''?
I see a lot of guys uploading videos with the words hack without any problem and when i try my video get deleted with minutes.
I am using private proxy + old youtube accounts
