Just use a FTP client LOGIN with your FTP info and drag and drop and your done.

Yea not hard, time consuming maybe depending on files and size. If you need a database setup this can be done in your host cpanel also. Create a user name/password and give them full access writes. Open myphpadmin and dump sql file .

Edit your config or settings file (change permission to 644 or 700 after edits are made), next add your mysql host (most cases localhost will work) add the host path /user/ datbase name/ password. check permissions most folders 755
