Upload custom photos to Snapchat?

Is there any working solution to upload custom pictures and videos to Snapchat on Android?

So far I have tried the following apps without success as they all seem to be outdated:

  • Snaproll
  • SuperSnap
  • SnapPrefs

I can't get it to work. Every time I try to post a picture from my gallery I get error "Unfortunately, Snoopix has stopped.". Trying to post a file named 1.jpg. 65 KB 640x640.

Have spent way too much time on Google and never saw this app. Thank you, it is working extremely well and it has a great design. So while we are at it, what's the max amount of snaps you can send per hour without getting banned?

Never tried to send snaps, I was updating my story with a single snap every 24h.
 
Casper is the best. Be careful though. I would advice you against using it to send snaps to too many people at the same time. You are almost guaranteed to get banned. Use it to upload stories from gallery.

1st account got banned after 1-2 hours of use. Sent maybe 50 snaps at the same time. No email no PV.
2nd account got temporarily banned after around 24 hours. Sent max 10 snaps and updated story 2-3 times. No email no PV.

I can't believe how 2nd account got banned. How much does email- and phone verification lift the limits? How long is this temp ban usually? I'm not changing hash of the pictures I send but I don't see why I would only get a temp ban if this would be the issue.
 
Updating story once every 24 hours on 2nd account and today it got temporarily locked again! I can't believe it.
 
I use Snoopix. It works well. If you had problem with this, simply give the feedback to the supporter of Snoopix. And face to solve the problems. It really a nice app.

Snoopix didn't work for me. Anyway I am now looking for safe settings for Snapchat. I.e. how many Snaps I can send per hour. Is this based on account age? Are the limits lifted if I PV / email verify the account?

On a new account (no PV no email) I can't even send 10 Snaps per hour. Can only update story once every 24 hours. If I go over this I get instant temporary ban.
 
When I was working with SnapChat using iOS basic apps were all I used.

There was a secret though, all you have to do is go to Google Images and take a quality picture with Android.. I did the same on my iPad and easily was able to make it look professional.

No i'm not. I put effort into helping people in creative ways, although I post often my reputation is well known.
