upload an image to pinterest

I have a website with dynamic content, is that possible to upload an image from my computer to pinterest and then edit the image by adding the link to my website instead of directly pinning the image from my website ?

Does Pinterest have an API?

It seems that their api can do all the tasks, just one problem you must submit a form explaining blah blah, I do a test and receive an email asking me gently to wait a few weeks and maybe I am approved, it looks to me it is a manual approval process, so if you have tons of accounts to get api oauth credentials it's not a good idea to use the api, go for iMacro or other tools.
