Upgrading GSA capabilities (More VPS or better VPS????)

Hi guys,

So I'm currently looking to boost my GSA capability at the moment and are wondering. Is it better to own fewer, more powerful VPS or more less powerful ones?

- I currently have 3 quad core VPS with 4GB ram a piece.

I can either.

a: Buy another 2 quad core with 4GB ram - bringing me up to 5 machines, I know this would work fine and put me where I need to be with link building at the moment.
b: Upgrade what I have to 8 core with 8GB or even 16GB a piece.

Which one do you think would give me biggest bang for my buck? The only sticky point with buying new machine is you need another GSA license for each one!!! (As you guys all know it can get expensive!!!)

You want to boost the capability of GSA only by increasing the number of VPS's? Lol!
First get a list with good success rate and some Dedicated Proxies 50+

Hope you will get boost! If no then move to dedicated server.

- I use 100 proxies on each machine and swap for fresh every month.
- I find public lists a waste of time, they get spammed hard and loose their usefulness after a week or so. One of my machines is dedicated to creating my own personal list of targets, that's why I could do with another machine so I can leave my list creator alone to do it's work without taking it offline weekly to do link building projects. I'm getting to the point where juggling my resources is a PITA so I really need to upgrade.

Do you think there's a huge difference between VPS and dedicated?

Yes There is a difference. Simple Explanation is

Dedicated Server = Your own Mansion
Virtual Private Server = Hotel Room

What do you prefer for living? A Mansion or a Hotel Room?

The way I'm going I'd like my own Urbanization fully of Luxury Villas lol!!!

Cheers for the advice, might switch one of my GSA installs over to a dedicated server and take a look at speed increase. Could be a definite way to go! I'm not completely discounting the idea of public lists either - are there any decent sellers on here that provide a quality daily list?

Well, I'm currently searching also for the best configuration and my bold guess was:
- Dedicated server with VMs. go take a look at OVH offers. You could get 4 machines running for $70 a month.

Well i've been with their companies (kimsufi then soyoustart then ovh) since the beggining and never had a problem. I keep hearing that BHW members don't like them but as far as i'm concerned, never had a complaint.
