Hello, I am hoping to get an actual answer on this topic.
I have hosted adsense account and I want to upgrade it to be able to show ads on my website.
My question is, what are the requirements? Do not say that I should google it, because I did and I have found so many contradictory guides and posts.
It offers me to place an ad code on my website, so that is why I am wondering what are the requirements.

So far I have found that my website should:

-be at least 6 months old (some sources say that this is not a requirement)
-have at least 40 articles (again some sources say that this is not a requirement)
-have more text than pictures on home page
-have about us, contact us, privacy policy pages
-be hosted on private hosting

Is all of that true and is there maybe something more?

Thanks

According to my experience you dont need this all as a requirement you can just give it a try because my newly created sites with 5 articles have been verified!! So i would suggest you just apply and see if it fails try completing this requirements!

I did and I got rejected because "- Site does not comply with Google policies"
So I added about us, contact us and privacy policy pages, but I wanted to make sure what else do I need.
So, if I get my account upgraded, would I be able to show ads on any site i make?

Posting your ad code is how you add sites to a normal Adsense account. In this case, you need to do the following:
  • Sign in to your AdSense account.
  • Click the gear icon and select Settings.
  • In the sidebar, click Access and authorization.
  • In the "Show ads on other websites" section, enter the URL of the site where you plan to show ads.
  • Click Submit.
  • Finally you need to implement AdSense ad code on the URL that you provided above, on a page that receives traffic.

Allow me to answer the questions you have as well:
-be at least 6 months old (some sources say that this is not a requirement)
Aloaxx answered this one. This requirement is only for users in specific countries. https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9724?hl=en

-have at least 40 articles (again some sources say that this is not a requirement)
There's no specific number of articles you need, but your Adsense application can be rejected for "insufficient content".

-have more text than pictures on home page
I don't know about the home page exactly, but your website does need to have enough text for Google specialists to reviews, as mentioned in this quote from a Google Adsense rejection letter.
Insufficient content: To be approved for AdSense and show relevant ads on your site, your pages need to have enough text on them for our specialists to review and for our crawler to be able to determine what your pages are about.

-have about us, contact us, privacy policy pages
The only specific page that's actually required by Google Adsense is a privacy policy as stated here. https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1348695?hl=en

However, I remember reading 1 rejection letter that mentioned requiring a contact us and about us page, so I would add those in just in case.

-be hosted on private hosting
You mean like a VPS? I have Adsense on a website using shared hosting right now, so that's not an issue.

If you're interested, you can read my Adsense guide here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...application-approved-first-try-its-cinch.html

Good luck!

That means that your website is either not in compliance with Adsense's policies or the Webmaster Quality Guidelines.

Once you have a normal Adsene account, you can show ads on your other sites simply by adding the Adsense code to the new websites (but they also have to comply with Google's policies).

Oh, I figured it out real quick.

I went to your blog (which was linked to on your navigation bar) and tried clicking on one of your articles and got spammed by pop-ups and redirected to "Important security message" spam sites that were difficult to close. Sure, it's on a subdomain which is technically considered a different website, but what do you think the Google Adsense specialist thought when he saw that? I can tell you right now he probably wasn't happy after seeing that.

The other issue is probably the use of copyrighted images on your site, but I'm pretty sure the issue I mentioned above is the cause.

so i cannot use pictures from google?
i can just remove link to my blog, but i actually have to photograph all those pictures by myself?
last time i did not even have a link to the blog and still got rejected...then it must be because of pictures
is there any place where i can find some pictures of the stuff i need, but which can be used on the site i wanna monetize?
and how can i know if a picture is copyrighted?

thanks in advance

Were the images labelled for reuse? If not, they were more than likely copyrighted. https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1348688?hl=en#Copyrighted_material

But like I said in my previous post, that's more than likely not the issue.

Other than that, double check to make sure your site's language is on the list of approved languages for Adsense here. https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9727?hl=en

Make sure you don't have any content about hacking or cracking. https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1348688?hl=en#Sites_that_use_Google_Brand_features

Finally, fix the article navigation issue on your website. I tried going to the second and third pages of articles on your website but it just redirects me to the homepage.

It is listed on the supported languages list. I do not know about the pictures, I just used the pictures from the google search. There is no content about hacking or cracking. I disabled the addon on my blog which was creating those popups. But as I said, I got refused even before I had it.

I still think that the pictures might be the problem, but do not know where to get not copyrighted ones that show the things I need.

Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it!

Very good information relating to AdSense.I recently read an thread regarding to AdSense. Search for it.

No problem.

The more of these potential issues you rule out, the closer you can get to the real problem.

I'll see if I can think of anything else that would cause your blog to get rejected a bit later.

I had an issue with placing the code but it not being displayed on site until I cleared the cache so I wasn't accepted for like 2 weeks

my codes are there
one in the header and one in the sidebar, but i guess the pictures are problem

idk where i can find pictures of tech devices which i can use :(

Go to Google Images and select the "labelled for reusue with modifications" option.

Hold off on changing out the images for a bit until I can think of another cause.

Ah, I copy and pasted the text content from one of your articles into Google and look what I found:
AeigS7x

Pure Spam, which is aganst the Google Webmaster Quality Guidelines, and thus against Adsense's policy.

This appears to be the case with your other articles as well.

i used about 5 texts from some other sites, but i put the source at the end of every article

i did that because i know many sites which do the same(as you can actually see from the picture) and they have ads on their sites, so i thought that if i put source it would be fine

ok, i will change that

thank you!

Whenever most people put the source of the text they quoted from another site, the quoted material is usually a paragraph and not the entire article with no additional information.

Anyway, add original content and modify any images you find in Google Images (using the "labelled for reuse with modification" filter) and try reapplying.
