Upfront payments If Your In England?

Just saw a post regrasding upfront payments to EU, I always thought you couldn't get upfront if you lived in the UK, has this changed?

A while back in one of the AC video conferences, there was quick mention of extending upfronts to more places. I hadn't heard anymore about this until your post. Hopefull redtide can enlighten us too.

No changes in rules whatsoever..

You need to select US as your country while joining AC, then you can get the upfront payments..
 
Like shadowfax said, there's no new rules allowing UK writers to submit but they've been "dangling the carrot" for awhile. Just register your accounts as a US resident, use a US based zip code, US proxy and have at it.
