I am new to BHW and looking to learn much from the resources available and members of this community.
I run a couple of successful membership sites and we are at the stage where we are trying to further optimize our billing and keep members for as long as possible. Something that has come up is the ability to update expired billing information. I have been told that this can be either done manually or that there are scripts/algorithms on the market that can do just this. Has anyone heard of these? Recommendations? What are some suggestions on how to treat expired members without losing out on potential revenue? Has anyone implemented something of this sort.
