Updates to Facebook Ads in 2020

Has anyone noticed recent changes to Facebook Business in 2020? It appears that they have become much more strict and will not allow me to create more than one ad account on any business manager. Some are saying the ad account needs spend on it and needs to be approved but I wasn't having nearly this many problems just last month.

My business relies on new Business Manager accounts and lot's of ad accounts. I am looking for a solution to spend $1,000+ a day on Facebook. I have tried buying ad accounts before but cannot find a solid vendor. Anyone who has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Is this something new? There have been recent changes it appears. How can I do that? I either need an ad account that has not a tiny daily limit like $50/$350 or a business manager I can create 5 ad accounts on and spend at least $350/daily on each. Thank you for a any help.

Anyone else have recommendations?
