Updated list of CPA networks?

Greetings,
I have an account with PF but I'm looking to get a couple more.
I saw this post here at bhw:

Edit: I can't post anything remotely close to a link so if you go to Forum > Making Money > CPA you'll find the post which contains a list of all CPA networks.

But it goes back to 2008 - 6 years old. Some of them not working anymore, some of them discovered as scam, some of the better networks not even listed.

Is there an updated list of reputable networks?
Ideally there is a database of sites with ranking.
I can volunteer to create the db via Google Docs, the input should be a simple list of names with its corresponding rank.
Also, I think it would be better to have the full name (comnet etc) because there are probably competitors who benefits from having similar names.
