Updated content rankings

Hi, just a thought that I came up with.

Content that is newly published have an easy spot in the serp since it's fresh and up to date content. Is there a way or any idea to try to make some of your content to update automaticly, say once a week?

yes, in Wordpress for example you can throw in like 20 posts and set them to be auto published at any date you wish in the future
