Tumblr is keeping it real with their new community guidelines. They dropped an f-bomb in the mix. Freedom of speech FTW.

"Uploading Sexually Explicit Video. You can embed anything as long as it follows the other guidelines on this page. But please don't use Tumblr's Upload Video feature to host any sexually explicit videos. We're not in the business of profiting from adult-oriented videos and hosting this stuff is fucking expensive. You can use services like xHamster to host those instead."

Tumblr is one of the few sites I bot that I actually respect and care about the integrity of. They are keeping it real with you so do them a favor and keep it real with them . Quality content, quality contribution.

I didn't post any videos, but only xxx pictures that were for affiliate marketing. I used to post a link to the free hosted gallery of a picture.
Still, tumblr has in the last 3 months suspended maybe 30 of my accounts.

Ok, I understand now that tumblr does not want ANY affiliate marketing.

But how do you monetize the tumblr traffic then?

Does any outgoing link count as affiliate marketing for tumblr?
