UPDATE META
1. Starting from 3/1/2023. Advertising accounts including newly created BM (Business Manager), TKCN (personal account) or accounts with unusual signs (many cards, splashed cards,...) will have to pay in advance. for the new campaign. Specifically: When you go to a new camp, you have to pay in advance for that camp before you can operate, most of which Topup adds (no different from TKTT but it is in a tighter form than paying in advance according to Camp)
2. For example: A/e set 1 camp 500$, expensive camp, midway off, can you get back the topup number?
The answer is: Yes, but like hold, it takes 48h-15 days for you to get it back, it's blacker than a toy system so forgetting to give it to you is normal.
3. If the account is owed, an additional fee will be charged after payment. I remember somewhere it was 1.5% or 3% something, I was too hasty to write it down. For example, you are reaching the threshold of $ 900 but leaving the debt unpaid. After paying $900, it will jump to $913.5 to pay (exactly how much I will update later).
4. From time to time (not sure when) FB will open the appeal portal for permanent limited accounts and BMs
