Has anyone gone through the process yet? I'm specifically interested in the process as it relates to personal (not organizational) accounts. Google says they will require an "Official government identity document". I'm hoping someone on here can shed some light on exactly what Google asks for and also if they've successfully completed it for an account for which they did not have access to the person's ID.
