It seems like malware on your site. You have to clean it up

I discovered that they are abusing canonical url to do this, usually that is a shopify product url then they adding canonical url pointing to my website and google still indexing these urls with full keywords, meta decription,... as an normal page but in one of my website urls instead of their shopify urls

Yes, it's because of your site compromised with any infected theme or plugin.
If you have backup of your website or cpanel/hosting then restore with backdate when you think your site was ok.
After that install more than one security plugin. And I forgot, don't use null theme or plugin

Looks like a hack. Install WordFence and see if your site has malicious codes.
