Unusual Scraping problem...please help!

So, I have a CSV with column 1 being a Business name and column 2 being the official address of that business. What would be the best automated method to go through Google and find the website associated with each Name & Address?

Please help!

There are some whois directories out there that have API access that you could probably use to do a search for the address or business name.
