Untypical ecommerce niches?

Dropshipping from aliexpress is just dropshipping and ecommerce without long term growth/ without returning customers, I know you can find winning products and make a few grand but you can't just grow to seven figures easily so let's start a thread with uncommon niches for ecommerce as we all know that we need to think outside the box.

I thought of things like air conditioners, medical equipment or anything you can think off which you can't just buy from aliexpress or from amazon.

I hope you get my point, take the air conditioners niche for example, you can get yourself started if you find an good supplier and you can grow on long term.

Let's talk about ideas, hope this isn't wrong here-

Aliexpress (and similar companies, plus national players in each country) really ruined the market of physical products.

Even if you come up with an innovative product (and perhaps patent it), big players (who have their own market research teams), will soon see the opportunity, and sell it on their websites for half the price, since they can leverage their contacts, production capacities, traffic.
Speaking from experience here .

Sure enough, when you come up with something that's hard to imitate and replicate, with some technical innovation, it may take them longer to replicate you. In such a case you may dominate (or saturate) the market until it happens.
But I doubt anyone is going to share such an idea here.

I absolutely feel you I have heard such stories myself, I'm not speaking of your typcial physical product I may speak of niches where their big companies usally won't sell online so you can arrange someting with the big players who doesn't know shit about the internet, like air conditioners for your house which are priced at 20k+ where I live

This is definately outside the box and you won't see it in your typcial blackhat seo forum haha but I know these are the fileds where can still grow to 7 or 8 figures over a few years.
Typical IM is so fucking hard these days I miss the good old times where I made 10-20k per month from Instagram barely doing anything but I've grown up and I want something substantial in long term.

I've seen companies grow from 0 to 7 figures with selling windows for their house to 40y+ olds, an big player can't reproduce that that easily.

I hope you still get me and understand for what I am aiming for.
