Whether or not sending spam mail is ethical depends on the content. I honestly don't see anything wrong with Spam to an extent however it is illegal and there are systems in place to catch people spamming.
 
ETSY.com has 3 major factors for ranking, social media links, traffic. You can buy both from fiverr and rank them. They sell products at a good price and are willing to spend some money to get more orders.

This seems to be a great and interesting concept to start a small bank roll, but be aware if you choose to purchase a domain name for the service using Etsy in it.

Hey OP, thank you mate, very nice approach. I managed to throw a quick look at the site, did not see any public user emails though. Later I'll try to run a scraper to see what will happen. I am just curious, do you still monetize the list obtain through that method. Thanks.
