Untapped Adult Niche....help!

So there is a keyword with 1,673,000 global searches a month, with 800k being in the US.

There is NO NICHE WEBSITE for the term...

I am a salesman/web designer by trade, and no nothing about the adult industry.

How can I go about monetizing this?

If I create a website for the niche, wouldn't it just be washed down in pagerank because youporn, tube8, redtube, etc have videos for the niche? and they have MAJOR traffic.

Consider why this market is untapped. Something that large is purposely ignored. More than likely the conversions are really bad and may not be worth it at all. I'm very curious as to what this keyword is but I know you wont share. I don't think there is much of a chance that you have discovered some sort of gold mine, I mean you might be able to make some money off of it. But if it is a big niche and noone is hitting it its probably because there isn't much to make here. Just my two cents. Good luck!

not much competition becoz thr isnt much content available so simple...just like if u go on searching for micro niche fetish stuffs, then u will find that not much content is thr so most prolly promoting such niches will be extremely tough..just my 2c

What are the "exact" searches on this keyword ? I am presuming you have done a broad search...Be suprise if theres any adult niche with over 350 exact searches monthly that hasnt been mined .

Searching the forums for adult niche's brings up many users claiming there isn't any money to be made in it anymore since a lot of free sites are up and people rarely pay for it now-a-days.

If I happened upon an adult term with 800k us's with no particular competition, I'd buy up many, many related domains and fire up related tubesites, but these threads are always just "I discovered my dog leaves piles of chocolate mousse in the back yard, where are the best places to try to sell desserts?"
