Nice find! , added mine, it's quite spammy though, might be an idea as previously mentioned to copy a previous property post and then just add your anchor link.

I noticed some people haven't added a title attribute to their link with there keywords, does this matter too much?

To make it look legit, go to a real estate site for Houston (Rice's location) and download the photos for a property and use the same details. I don't see why that wouldn't work.

There is no website option. You need to add html in extra notes.
