Unsolved issue index in google

My main WP site, good DA, 3 years old domain is not indexed.
I have taken many attempts and it does not make sense. I told them to give it to SEO companies and they couldn't find the problem.

1) Webmaster console URL inspection is very accurate.
2) The sitemap is perfect
3) The post I put in the sub-domain is instantly indexed.

2,3 seo experts checked. They couldn't find the problem.

Problem:
URL inspection tested posts. are not indexed
Please advise me. What would be the problem. Don't have basic level instructions. This is a hand extended case that SEO experts could not,

Request has gone to the google library. No loading in SERP Listing from there.
Please help.

Well the indexing issues Google had a few months back seem to persist.

Googlebot is crawling some really old URLs, 404's and so on. They got issues, hopefully they'll fix soon.

Not saying it's definitely this, but could be.
 
It should get fixed soon from G's end. There's no other way.

You're right. There's a problem with the Google page. Most of the old page on my site has been deleted 404. Thus there may be a problem. google new search console Everyone's problem. There are no good developers on google this time.
 
Pages only not indexed. Content that is in the root is cache in SERP.

Cash In Annuity Tips & Guide is my page title
But the page is not available SERP result
