Unrankable sites? Help!

BOTH of my niche sites rank on the first page of Bing. In fact, I had them both on page 1 within about 2 weeks of creating them.

But on Google, I can barely be found. I know I'm not de-indexed, because I can type my url in Google and it shows. Does google just take way longer to rank you up? I've done most of my on page SEO and Backlinking. I'm afraid to try and change anything on my pages because it may mess up my Bing rankings whic bring me daily organic traffic. What the fuck-_-

Bing has a different algorithm than Google.
