You mean you need a Facebook insider? I don't think anyone can rescue banned pages unless they recreate them.

What type of Problem you face..?
that is facebook page..?
did you upload adult pic or any copy right video on page..?
How many time that page unpublished automatic.?
are you admin of that page or editor ..?
